Please come and join us to find out what we’re doing and to bring new ideas. Please note our new initiative to work with other groups towards a plastics-free coastline. You’ll hear more about it at the meeting!
Welcome to our next Green Drinks on Monday and the second Monday of every month. Bring your ideas for future events, such as talks and films and, if you have communication skills (especially social media) do consider joining our Comms group! Hope to see you on Monday at the Coach and Horses from 7.30pm
As well as the now monthly cleaning of the beach this Sunday and the last Sunday of every month (meet by the tennis courts on West Beach at 2pm) this weekend the Crab and Winkle Trust is organising a clear-up of the path between Clare Road and Station Road (designated as possible future extension of the cycle path from Canterbury) on Saturday at 10am. Both important events for sea life and people of Whitstable! Come and join us!
The next Green Drinks will be at the Coach and Horses on Monday 8 February (and every second Monday of the month). Come and find out what’s happening in TTW, share your ideas, join a project or just have a drink and a chat with like-minded people.
We’re moving to the Community (back) room of the Labour club, 12 Belmont Road for Green Drinks tonight. Come along to share your community/environmental projects or just have a drink and meet new like-minded people. See you there, from 7.30pm.
We are looking for volunteers to do the Carnival procession – a procession of wheelbarrows with lots of interesting plants and other things to promote TTW and Stream walk garden.
If you can volunteer, email email@example.com
